Shipping policy

We offer worldwide shipping via ePacket! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 20 business days. This is an average estimated time frame. Due to the high demand for some of our most popular products, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

At GMD Boutique, we celebrate the act of discovery. We work with small vendors from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our vendors overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Priority Processing

Priority processing means your order will skip the line-up and be the first order that we process that working day so it will be the first that we ship out.

Priority + Insured

This means your order will skip the line up as stated above and will also cover shipping insurance for any damaged orders.

PRE-ORDERED OR BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered immediately when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email contact@gmdboutique.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at contact@gmdboutique.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.
