Refund policy

We hope you love your product(s) but in case there is something that went wrong and it does not meet your expectations you are allowed to return it. To begin initiating a return, within 21 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to our address below and reach out to our customer support team at contact@gmdboutique.com to confirm the return.

  • Return the new, unopened items to us within 21 calendar days of delivery.
  • Simply contact our support team at contact@gmdboutique.com if you have any questions regarding your return.
  • Original pre-paid shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying for the return shipping and handling fees. We are happy to provide you with a return label that might be available at a discounted price. The shipping fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • For any product valued over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, new, unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. Please keep the email receipt.
  • GMD Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you in your email. GMD Boutique is unable to process a refund for lost or stolen packages. A replacement can be sent for a flat shipping fee of $15.
  • Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns or exchanges.
  • A refund will not be issued for returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (Please see above for the designated return process).
